By agreeing to these terms and completing your payment, you are agreeing to be charged immediately.

You understand that this is a rain or shine event, that you may get wet or dirty outside, and that it’s up to you to dress accordingly and make sure you’re comfortable.

You understand that this is shared group experience and that there will be times when personal stories are shared. This is a safe space for everyone to be heard without being given unsolicited feedback, suggestions and so forth.

You agree to treat everyone, including fellow retreatants, and Silverwood Park staff and guests with the utmost kindness.

After the retreat, you understand that you can share about your own experience, but you will keep the personal stories of others private with the understanding that what happens in group, stays in group.

You understand and agree that you will be subscribed to the emailing list and will receive email communications related to the retreat, as well as our newsletter and information about future programs. If you do not wish to receive communications that are not specifically about this retreat, then please send an email to [email protected] and let us know. This will ensure that you’ll receive necessary communications regarding the retreat.

All cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellation received before October 1, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made after October 1, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the event if it's not meeting the minimum number of participants no later than 21 days prior to the event, however, your funds would be fully refunded.

Rooted: A Day of Nature & Nurture | October 27, 2024

We'll start our day together at Silverwood Park at 10am. Here's what to expect and what's included:

🍂 A special forest bathing activity to support you in slowing down, disconnecting from the digital world, and engaging your senses.

🍂 Lunch and snacks – You’ll be well fed and hydrated!

🍂 Hot chocolate happy hour and charcuterie at the end of the day to celebrate our time together
 

We'll begin to wrap up at 4pm, but you're welcome to stay to continue the conversation, journal more, or stroll around the park and enjoy the amenities.
